MEGA PTM IN DOE And MCD Schools of Delhi was organised on 30th April 2023 , Sunday. This was the first time when MEGA PTM IN DOE And MCD Schools of Delhi was organised on sunday. This was the first time when MEGA PTM was organised in MCD Schools of Delhi.
MEGA PTM IN DOE And MCD Schools of Delhi was organised on sunday to ensure wider participation of parents.
MEGA PTM was solely for the purpose of orienting parents about Mission Buniyaad and its continuation during summer camp, parents of ALL students in Std 3 to 8 were invited.
The pedagogical focus shall exclusively be as follows:
- In case of classes 3 to 5, for those children who can read either paragraph or are below that, the focus will be to get them to read short stories fluently.
- In case of classes 6 to 8, for those children who can read only simple story or below that, the focus will be to get them to read advanced stories fluently.
- In case of classes 3-8, for those children who cannot do subtractions with borrowing or division, the activities will be to help them learn to do operations involving simple division.
- In case of all remaining children, the focus will be on activities that promotes reading fluency with unfamiliar words, writing independent texts without errors and doing higher order mathematical operations involving multiplications and divisions, with clear understanding of place value.
Visits During MEGA PTM By Education Minister and Other Higher Officials
Education Minister Ms. Atishi and Education Director Mr. Himanshu Gupta and other officials visited various schools to inspect performance of Mega PTM on sunday. Some photographs are attached below. Parents were very happy on attending MEGA PTM on Sunday.
