Machine learning क्या होती है ?

Machine learning Artificial Intelligence का एक Application है जो प्रोग्राम किए बिना कंप्यूटर को सीखने और निर्णय लेने में सक्षम बनाता है। यह कंप्यूटर data, स्पॉट पैटर्न और इंसानों से थोड़ी सहायता के साथ निर्णय ले सकता है।

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Artificial Intelligence , जिसे Machine Intelligence भी कहा जाता है, मानव बुद्धि को मशीनों में Embed करने की प्रक्रिया है। Artificial Intelligence मशीनों को अनुभव से सीखने, नए इनपुट के अनुकूल होने और मानव जैसे कार्य करने में सक्षम बनाता है।

History of Artificial Intelligence

John McCarthy, जो Artificial Intelligence के जनक हैं, AI के क्षेत्र में अग्रणी थे। उन्हें न केवल AI के संस्थापक होने का श्रेय दिया जाता है, बल्कि Artificial Intelligence शब्द भी उन्हीं का दिया हुआ है ।

Applications of Artificial Intelligence

1.AI Assistants –

एक software program जो Voice और Text Command का पालन करने के लिए Natural Language Processing (NLP) जैसी तकनीकों पर निर्भर करता है, AI-powered Assistant कहलाता है। Alexa, Siri, Cortana कुछ लोकप्रिय AI Assistants हैं।

Example in Your Phone – अपने Android Phone पर लॉन्ग प्रेस करके और Hey Google या OK Google बोलकर Google सहायक को Activate किया होगा। ये आवाज़ से Activate हो जाता है और हम जो भी कमांड देते हैं वो समझकर जवाब देता है। यह AI-संचालित सहायक हैं।

2. जब आप किसी search engine जैसे Google, Yahoo, Bing etc. पर search करते हो और किसी link पर फॉ लो-अप करते हो , तो आप Artificial Intelligence सिस्टम से प्रभावित होते हो जो आपक रुचियों का अनुमान लगाता है और वो परिणाम लौटाता है जो आपके लिए सबसे अधिक प्रासंगिक होते हैं

AI model को प्रमुख तीन domain में categorize किया गया है|

Data Sciences

Data Sciences का मतलब है, data का analysis करके उससे information निकालने का विज्ञान | Data किसी भी रूप में हो सकता है जैसे – numbers, words, audio, symbol या picture आदि ।

Example – Use of Data Science in Youtube – आपकी browsing data के हिसाब से आपका एक नया profile बना लेते हैं, इसमें आपका स्थान, सामाजिक समूह, व्यव हार और hobbies शामिल हैं। आपके द्वारा दिए गए data का analysis करते है और AI की मदद से उसी तरह के update देते हैं |

Data Science Job Roles

Computer Vision

Computer Vision Technology, Artificial Inteligence का एक domain है जिसमें कंप्यूटर देखकर images और vedio से information प्राप्त करता है और उसका analysis करता है । इसका लक्ष्य digital recognition छवियों (images) के content को समझना है। जैसे – मोबाइल का Face Recognition System.

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

कंप्यूटर हमारी भाषा को Natural Language Processing (NLP) की वजह से समझ पाता हैI | यह कंप्यूटर को मानव की तरह ही लिखित या पाठ को पढने और समझने में मददकरता है। जैसे- मोबाइल या लैपटॉ प कास्मार्ट असिस्टेंस (smart assistance). NLP का मुख्य उद्देश्य संदेशों को बिनादेखे और पढ़े दूसरों तक पहुँचाना है |

Example – ROBOT’ bollywood movie में जो humanoid robot “Chitti” था , वो Natural Language processing की वजह से इंसानों की भाषा बोल रहा था I

हमें AI का उपयोग करते हुए समाधान विकसित करते समय ethical practices संबंधित पहलुओं को ध्यान में रखना होगा।
